Dr. Clover A. Perez, Editor-in-Chief of RE/CLAIMED Magazine, is a nationally recognized advocate, author, and leader in areas of justice reform, mental health, and community empowerment. As the visionary behind RE/CLAIMED, she has created a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories of resilience, restoration, and transformation from voices often unheard.

In addition to her role as Editor- in-Chief, Dr. Clover A. Perez is the Founder and Executive Director of A Beautiful HEART Ministries, a New York-based nonprofit organization with an expanding presence in Baltimore, Maryland. Through her leadership, the organization provides trauma-informed mental health support, reentry services, and advocacy for individuals and families impacted by incarceration.

With over a decade of advocacy experience, Dr. Clover A. Perez brings a unique perspective to her work, combining lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to restoring dignity and creating pathways for lasting change. Her work as a speaker, trainer, and organizational strategist has equipped communities and institutions with tools to address trauma and strengthen systems of care.
