GRIEVING BACK TO LIFE

GRIEVING BACK TO LIFE: Grief is hard. Finding help doesn’t have to be. This book is not self-help. It is a grief education and healing-rights curriculum designed to name, understand, and respond to grief in all its forms. As a professional grief coach and the creator of AYANA’s Grief Method, I developed this work to address a gap I see every day: people navigating profound loss without language, context, or access to support. Grief is too often treated as a personal weakness rather than what it truly is—a personal, collective, and systemic experience shaped by trauma, injustice, survival, and harm.

THE SLAVERY MINDSET

This book is not about history; it's about programming. It's about the psychological virus that survived the abolition of slavery, mutated through Jim Crow, and continues to infect modern systems, institutions, and minds. The virus I’m referring to is a mindset, one that dehumanizes, controls, punishes, and dominates. It convinces some that they are superior and others that they are worthless. It builds institutions that reflect this lie and culture that normalizes it. I call it The Slavery Mindset or Jim Crow Culture.
